EARLY EDUCATION:

Kenneth Akubuo hail from Umunam Atta in Njaba Local Government of Imo State. Attended National Primary School Atta and concluded my secondary school education from St. Augustine’s Grammar School Nkwerre and a graduate of Micro Biology from Imo State University (IMSU) Owerri.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

My work experience is numerous starting with NYSC which was done in Port Harcourt Rivers State. At post service, I briefly worked with Citizen Bank in Aba, Abia State. Then I moved to an NGO job with Carter Centre in Owerri as Asst. Research Officer.

I moved to Abuja to work with Water Charity resuming as Grant Officer up to my promotion as Deputy General Manager. While with this organization, I was instrumental to accessing of over millions of Naira for water project from Ajazeera (It is verifiable)

Also, I have worked as a consultant with (Doctors Around the Earth) where I assisted them to propose and access a grant worth over million dollars from Qatar Foundation (This too is verifiable).

Next, I moved to National Commission for Refugees,Migrants And Internally Displaced Persons as a staff in the Civil Service Scheme. I was part of the technical team that made submission for the creation of Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.

I went on secondment to United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees as a protection officer specialist. Again, I went on secondment to the Federal Ministry of Education as a Technical Adviser on Partnership. During this period, I accessed millions of Naira from British Government on Fuel Subrogate Project. (Also, verifiable).
