Poverty Alleviation Program

Empowering Communities Through Support, and Sustainability.

Poverty in our communities is not only a financial problem, it is driven by insecurity, broken systems, missed opportunities, and limited access to basic resources. Many families struggle daily to meet their most basic needs, often lacking access to education, healthcare, and stable income-generating opportunities. ANO’s Poverty Alleviation Program addresses these challenges holistically through empowerment, skills training, and livelihood support tailored to local realities.

From unemployed youth to widows with no source of income, we identify vulnerable households and equip them with the tools they need to support themselves. Our interventions go beyond short-term relief, they aim to promote long-term independence by unlocking human potential and building sustainable income streams.

Whether through vocational training, startup grants, food assistance, or cooperative support systems, our goal is to help people create value, earn with dignity, and reinvest in their families and communities.

Program Impact Areas:

  • Food & Household Relief: For families affected by crisis, displacement, or economic hardship

This is how ANO breaks cycles of dependency, by planting seeds of opportunity and nurturing a future where communities can thrive with dignity and independence.
